i did fixing three years back (twice)when gulf gate was started in Kottayam... kottayam unit was excellent all these days and i used to come to kottayam to get service hair cuts...but for the last three visits were so horrible... the service is so poor..the senior technician denied to do service.. he ll do service to only those who give good tips it seems...( told by the trainee technician) in that case i was ready to give good tips....but i want to tell Mr Sakir that this is the beggining of the disaster...sign of quality compromise... and let me remind you that now i can show you many other firms doing same or better fixing .. i still believe in gulf gate... i spoke to Mr Biju at Ernakulam who was doing excellent job in kottayam...and so many good technicians you had like maneesh, abid etc...please take necessary steps to save kottaym centre and help your customers like me...
